Scriptica<\/em> <\/strong>facilitates interaction with the beneficiaries of the organization through an extension dedicated to customers which is installed on their presentation site.<\/p>

The application uploaded by the beneficiary through the mentioned extension follows a PREDEFINED flow in Scriptica<\/em><\/strong>, meaning that each digital office it passes through, the time recorded there, the person it interacts with, where it arrives afterwards, the digital signatures, all these are provided with a set of notifications, the history of the requests being automatically saved.<\/p>
