It can also be used with equal efficiency online, but also by installation on a dedicated server, by user authentication and password. This function allows working both from the office and remotely.

Scriptica facilitates interaction with the beneficiaries of the organization through an extension dedicated to customers which is installed on their presentation site.

The application uploaded by the beneficiary through the mentioned extension follows a PREDEFINED flow in Scriptica, meaning that each digital office it passes through, the time recorded there, the person it interacts with, where it arrives afterwards, the digital signatures, all these are provided with a set of notifications, the history of the requests being automatically saved.

The entire process, from application to completion, can be monitored in real time by the beneficiary within the created profile.

All scriptica features: predefined processes, modular structure, OCR engine (optical character recognition), digital signature, integrated payment processor, special interface for beneficiaries convert this software in a complete service that saves time for both the organization and the final beneficiary.

In addition, the transparency it provides increases trust in the legal entity which the beneficiary interacts with. 

Scriptica eliminates completely the need for printed papers. Thus, from the submission of the application to payment through an integrated payment operator and the issuance of the final act, everything is carried out by the help of the application.

Moreover, due to the OCR (optical character recognition) engine, the data is easily taken from the uneditable documents and other applications used by the organization, and the information thus obtained can be stored and reused within the editable documents, their manual completion being replaced by a document verification step. Also, all documents in the system can be signed by digital signature.

Scriptica facilitates the definition of flows between companies or external public entities also, for example, if a document requires approvals from other organizations, and they use Scriptica, the circuit will be defined including for these external companies/entities, so that the monitoring is complete, not only for a particular entity, but for all actors involved in that flow or process.

Furthermore, Scriptica is developed and prepared for interconnection with other applications, so that the retrieval or transfer of information is done simply and quickly.
